Base Salary

$63k - $142k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI systems that transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for client decision-making.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing data infrastructure.
  • Conduct complex data analysis, pattern recognition, data wrangling, preprocessing, and data modeling.
  • Use Python and other programming languages to build scalable AI applications.
  • Build and maintain relational database management systems.
  • Design and execute tests evaluating AI-system behavior, performance, robustness, bias, explainability, and failure modes.
  • Evaluate technical controls and evidence and document findings, limitations, and recommendations.
  • Develop reusable evaluation tools, automated tests, reference datasets, monitoring capabilities, and evidence workflows.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations during client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 1 year of experience required.
  • Preferred fields of study include Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and programming languages used for AI solutions.
  • Experience with complex data analysis and pattern recognition.
  • Ability to test, debug, and document AI-enabled systems.
  • Knowledge of evaluating failure modes, bias, drift, hallucinations, explainability, and guardrails.
  • Ability to measure and communicate technical outcomes using defined metrics and evaluation approaches.
  • Ability to translate technical findings and limitations for clients and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to new AI technologies and methodologies.
