Responsibilities
- Work across the technical stack on agent harnesses, AI inference systems, training systems, and other frontier-intelligence challenges.
- Take ownership of complex problem domains and become deeply knowledgeable in areas requiring specialized expertise.
- Contribute to important features and systems that advance Perplexity’s mission.
Requirements
- Applicants should be university students or recent graduates seeking full-time employment.
- Applicants outside the listed focus schools typically need a GPA of at least 3.92 averaged across CS and Math classes.
- Applicants outside the listed focus schools typically need an A or A+ in an upper-level algorithms course.
- Additional advanced coursework in systems, AI/ML, advanced mathematics, or other rigorous subjects is preferred.
- Applicants who do not meet the academic criteria may provide other evidence of exceptional ability.
