Base Salary
$110k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable software products.
- Learn and improve Salesforce development processes, culture, and codebase.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, user experience experts, and performance engineers to build customer-facing features while maintaining platform stability and scalability.
- Develop test strategies, automation frameworks, unit tests, functional tests, and automated test suites.
- Analyze, design, and develop test cases to improve code coverage and automation metrics.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Must be located in North America.
- Academic, professional, or internship experience in a professional coding environment.
- Fluency in object-oriented programming and design.
- Academic, professional, or internship experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, or C++.
- Preferred: experience critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model coding assistants and agentic tools.
- Preferred: ability to guide AI tools, experience with Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or other agent-based frameworks, and experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, self-motivation, and communication abilities.
