Base Salary
$97k - $132k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop features and capabilities for Early Warning’s core product offerings.
- Develop, document, test, debug, and maintain software product applications.
- Use Git for source-code management and query platform data using SQL-based databases.
- Build Java web services using Spring Boot.
- Create automated tests alongside sprint work and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Submit pull requests, incorporate review feedback, and troubleshoot routine or moderately complex bugs.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver backlog commitments.
- Support risk management and the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
- No previous work experience is required.
- Familiarity with Git source control, automated testing, SQL, and RESTful service design.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national and independently eligible to work in the United States.
- Preferred qualifications include additional related education or work experience, Spring or Spring Boot experience, SOAP services, XML, JSON, YAML, NoSQL databases, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and FinTech experience.

- Annual salary ranges vary by location: $97,000-$124,000 in Phoenix and Chicago, and $100,000-$132,000 in San Francisco.
