Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products.
- Learn and improve Salesforce’s development process, culture, and code base.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, user experience experts, and performance engineers on new features.
- Develop test strategies, automation frameworks, unit tests, functional tests, and automated test suites.
- Analyze, design, and develop test cases to improve code coverage and automation metrics.
- Use telemetry and metrics to support operational excellence.
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Must be located in North America.
- Academic, professional, or internship experience in a professional coding environment.
- Fluency in object-oriented programming and design.
- Academic, professional, or internship experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, or C++.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
- Preferred experience reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model coding assistants and agentic tools.
- Preferred experience guiding AI tools and using Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or other agent-based frameworks.
