Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Create software that supports decision-making across investment strategies.
- Design, build, and maintain performant, scalable, and reliable software solutions for the firm’s core teams.
- Own the end-to-end development process, including stakeholder collaboration, execution planning, implementation, and thorough testing.
- Collaborate with engineers and teams across the firm to solve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Production-level software development experience with Python.
- Experience with an object-oriented language such as Java or C#.
- Experience working with at least one financial asset class.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- At least 4 years of experience working in the financial industry; buy-side experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Industry experience in similar roles is a strong plus.
- AI-assisted coding experience in a production environment and equity or fixed-income product knowledge are bonus qualifications.
