Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of generative AI solutions, including model selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
- Architect and implement solutions using LLMs, multimodal models, and custom AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to identify use cases and deliver scalable Gen AI applications.
- Drive prompt engineering, model evaluation, performance optimization, ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible model usage.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a Gen AI Center of Excellence.
- Provide technical solutions and work with architecture and development teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience developing and implementing generative AI solutions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, or multimodal AI.
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, and generative modeling techniques.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps tools.
- Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and LangChain or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience delivering Gen AI solutions in production and applying AI in a domain such as healthcare, finance, or retail.
- Strong SQL skills and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Knowledge of Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe is optional.
