Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to discover, scope, prioritize, and measure high-impact AI agent use cases.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into agent products with success metrics and present solutions and outcomes to executive audiences.
- Design, build, deploy, and support production AI agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock, Databricks, and enterprise control, governance, and cybersecurity platforms.
- Develop tool integrations, MCP servers, RAG pipelines, context engineering, evaluation harnesses, regression gates, and online quality monitoring.
- Implement least-privilege identity, tool scoping, guardrails, and defenses against prompt injection and tool abuse.
- Drive user adoption through training, feedback collection, iteration, and documented business-value measurement.
- Build with Python, Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions while ensuring deployed agents are secure, observable, cost-efficient, and supportable.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Operations on lakehouse data, governance, privacy, compliance, and reusable platform patterns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical product roles delivering customer- or stakeholder-facing solutions.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and supporting LLM-based applications, including at least one production agentic system.
- Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD, preferably GitHub Actions.
- Experience scoping, prioritizing, and measuring the impact of technical solutions and communicating trade-offs, costs, and outcomes to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Working data literacy, including SQL and comfort operating in a lakehouse environment; Databricks experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, executive presence, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform is preferred.
- Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or large-scale consumer e-commerce is preferred.
- Change-management and user-enablement experience at enterprise scale is preferred.
- Experience selecting models across a multi-model foundation-model estate using cost and quality trade-offs is preferred.
