Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to discover, scope, prioritize, and measure AI agent use cases with clear ROI.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into agent products with success metrics and present solutions, demos, and outcomes to executive audiences.
  • Design, build, deploy, and support production AI agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock, Databricks, and associated enterprise platforms.
  • Develop tool integrations, MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and context-engineering solutions for individual use cases.
  • Build evaluation harnesses with offline evaluation sets, rubric and LLM-as-judge scoring, regression gates, and online production-quality monitoring.
  • Implement least-privilege identity, tool scoping, guardrails, and defenses against prompt injection and tool abuse.
  • Build secure, observable, cost-efficient, and supportable agents using Python, Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
  • Train users, gather feedback, drive adoption, and iterate toward measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Operations on data, governance, privacy, compliance, and reusable platform capabilities.
  • Deliver three agent use cases from discovery to production within the first 12 months and contribute reusable patterns and templates.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical product roles delivering customer- or stakeholder-facing solutions.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and supporting LLM-based applications, including at least one production agentic system.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD, with GitHub Actions preferred.
  • Demonstrated product thinking and the ability to scope, prioritize, and measure technical solution impact.
  • Ability to present and defend technical trade-offs, costs, and outcomes to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Working data literacy, including SQL and comfort operating in a lakehouse environment; Databricks experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence and the ability to engage senior business leaders.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with Terraform infrastructure as code, live entertainment, ticketing, large-scale consumer e-commerce, enterprise change management, user enablement, or multi-model foundation-model selection is preferred.
