Responsibilities
- Own and lead complex .NET and Azure solutions, with AWS experience valued.
- Define cloud-native architectures and guide technical implementation.
- Lead sprint planning, showcases, technical decisions, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and early-life support.
- Ensure engineering standards, quality, architecture practices, and technical best practices are applied.
- Lead and mentor engineers up to Senior level, including one-on-ones, coaching, career support, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with client subject-matter experts and third-party vendors.
- Contribute to engineering planning, guilds, technical forums, and continuous improvement.
- Support technical pre-sales, solution shaping, estimates, proposals, statements of work, and client discussions.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with .NET 6/7/8 and .NET Core.
- Commercial Azure expertise including App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Service Bus.
- Desirable AWS experience including Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, and SQS/SNS.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong DevOps experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of architecture, design patterns, and technical trade-offs.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Azure Developer Associate certification (AZ-204) is essential.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, and CKA/CKAD certifications are valued or desirable.
- Ability to mentor others, communicate confidently, work with clients, and support continuous learning.
