Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.
- Develop and oversee interfaces, customizations, conversions, reports, and integrations.
- Provide expertise across Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher, and OAF.
- Mentor technical team members and drive best-practice development standards.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle E-Business Suite R12 technical solutions.
- Strong technical skills across Oracle development tools and integration technologies.
- Proven leadership experience in complex Oracle transformation or implementation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud technologies is highly regarded.
