Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities and customer needs into shipped software features.
  • Design and develop clean, efficient, scalable, secure, and maintainable software across the frontend and backend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for appropriate adoption.
  • Build AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, data structures, database concepts, algorithms, observability concepts, and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience working across the stack and shipping features end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated experience working with customers to improve product experiences.
  • Experience building AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine learning experience is not required.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment.
