Base Salary
$120k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop readable, testable, and efficient frontend code with React and Redux.
- Deliver new features and improve platform stability, performance, and frontend infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to shape UI development and technical direction for large projects.
- Evaluate, strengthen, and document technical architecture, tools, and processes.
- Implement automation and continuous delivery while reducing time to production and technical debt.
- Mentor and coach engineers on system design, problem-solving, and working in uncertain environments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience as a Frontend Engineer in a SaaS technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to own key features and drive end-to-end development.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-uncertainty and rapidly changing environments.
