Responsibilities
- Contribute to Automation Platform Team technical projects and development-tool initiatives.
- Migrate GitLab environments to GitHub SaaS and move development tools from on-premises environments to the cloud.
- Modernize Jenkins-based CI/CD infrastructure and help define its long-term roadmap.
- Implement and support the Ansible Automation Platform.
- Contribute to solution architecture for Nexus, GitHub, Jenkins, HashiCorp Vault, Sourcebot, UiPath, and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Operate and support self-hosted and SaaS tools, including Udemy, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
- Lead development-tool migration projects and develop self-service solutions for migrations.
- Create usage guidelines, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide user support for development tooling.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement technical solutions and initiatives.
- Help define roadmaps and solution architecture and participate in Agile/Scrum team activities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of AWS cloud environments.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Knowledge of security, authentication, authorization, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and SSO.
- Experience with Docker, Podman, OpenShift, Kubernetes including EKS, and ArgoCD.
- Knowledge of Linux administration, monitoring, and Dynatrace.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub.
- Ability to use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot while respecting security and privacy requirements.
- Preferred development experience with Java or TypeScript.
- Preferred experience with Quarkus, Spring Boot, Vue.js, Angular, Jenkins Pipeline development, GitHub Actions development, GitHub governance, IntelliJ IDEA, and Visual Studio Code.
