Responsibilities
- Research and build intelligence for a communications agent spanning calls, text, and email.
- Model customers’ personal connections and communication patterns as a privacy-first connections graph.
- Use large language models, agentic reasoning, personalization, and memory to make the assistant context-aware and more helpful over time.
- Develop product capabilities that anticipate who, when, and how customers want to connect and act on their behalf.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers while owning meaningful technical problems as the team grows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 3 years of video game industry experience supporting title development, release, or live operations.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
