Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, maintain, and administer solutions using OnBase by Hyland.
- Build OnBase integrations with C#/.NET, APIs, external systems, and healthcare platforms.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts using SQL Server.
- Create and maintain OnBase reports, dashboards, analytics, WorkView applications, and Advance Capture solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance monitoring, upgrades, migrations, testing, and deployment.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated, with the OnBase Developer requirements specifying 6–8 years of OnBase development and administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with OnBase modules, configuration, APIs, integrations, and custom development.
- Strong programming skills in C#/.NET and excellent knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with WorkView and Advance Capture.
- Good troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Preferred qualifications include healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environment experience, HL7 imports, FHIR and healthcare integrations, mailbox-based importing, document ingestion automation, OnBase Administrator or Workflow certifications, and EMR/EHR integrations.
