Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop design-system components and patterns using React and Storybook.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, and engineers to create robust, extensible, accessible, and responsive UI components.
- Write secure and maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and lead cross-team initiatives.
- Document processes, provide constructive feedback on designs and code, and continuously improve systems through refactoring.
- Support basic management of AWS instances and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recent working experience with JavaScript and CSS.
- 5+ years of recent working experience with React.
- Experience with design-system software such as Figma and Storybook.
- Experience with accessibility, internationalization, adaptive UI, responsive design, and other core UX considerations.
- Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and effective test writing.
- Component-based UI development experience focused on composable and reusable elements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
