$105k - $124k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Intelligent Document Processing solutions using Tungsten/Kofax or similar platforms.
- Develop and maintain applications with C#/.NET and SQL.
- Build document extraction, classification, workflow automation, and business process optimization solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise business applications and contribute to Generative AI initiatives.
- Use Azure and cloud-based platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven automation across multiple business lines.
Requirements
- Hands-on Tungsten, formerly Kofax, development experience or experience with a closely related Intelligent Document Processing platform.
- Strong C#/.NET development experience and SQL/database development experience.
- Experience building and supporting Intelligent Document Processing solutions involving document extraction, classification, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Experience with Azure technologies, cloud-based platforms, and integrating AI/ML capabilities into business solutions.
- Strong software engineering experience developing and supporting production applications.
- Ability to work directly with business partners and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Approximately 3 or more years of Tungsten/IDP-related experience.
- Preferred experience with APIs, Generative AI, enterprise AI use cases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, additional IDP platforms, IBM DataCap, unstructured document processing, intelligent workflow automation, and AI-driven document comparison, classification, or extraction.
- Preferred knowledge of modern AI architectures and experience delivering AI/ML solutions in large enterprise environments.
