Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of projects for Atlas Search.
- Enhance the scalability of Atlas Search for large workloads.
- Collaborate with a team to make technical decisions.
- Lead projects and own subsystems.
- Provide input on the team’s roadmap and system architecture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud services.
- Proficiency in at least one modern statically typed programming language, preferably Java.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn from challenges.
- A strong sense of ownership over work from design to production.
