Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions.
- Lead the adoption of the Dynamics 365 CRM automation strategy, including tooling standards, coverage targets, quality gates, and pipeline integration.
- Expand automated regression testing and execute manual testing where automation is not practical.
- Test model-driven applications, Dataverse entities and relationships, business rules, business process flows, plugins, custom APIs, Power Automate cloud flows, PCF controls, security roles, and permissions.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT, API, and end-to-end testing across CRM, digital channels, middleware, and external systems.
- Develop automated API test suites and validate REST APIs, messaging services, event-driven architectures, and third-party integrations.
- Validate data integrity and business outcomes using SQL, FetchXML, and the Dataverse Web API.
- Analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, and manage the defect lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and automated regression suites.
- Experience with one or more of Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Leapwork, UiPath, or equivalent automation platforms.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Experience testing REST APIs, middleware solutions, messaging platforms, event-driven systems, and external integrations.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines, including automated quality gates and deployment validation.
- Knowledge of SQL, FetchXML, the Dataverse Web API, and data validation techniques.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum environments, with test analysis, root cause analysis, and defect lifecycle management skills.
