Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new integrations and maintain existing production integrations on the North agentic platform
- Own the integration pipeline from design through shipping and ongoing maintenance
- Help other engineers add integrations and improve the team's integration practices
- Create evaluations and tests to verify integrations and detect regressions
- Tune tool descriptions to improve performance using feedback and evaluation results
- Use AI actively while maintaining accountability for the quality and reliability of shipped work
Requirements
- Shipped production code and is comfortable building integrations against external APIs
- Experience evaluating agentic systems is ideal; otherwise familiarity with evaluations, prompt engineering, and tool-description tuning
- Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- High agency, quick learning, and the ability to drive change independently
- Prior end-to-end ownership of projects or systems with a strong focus on quality and reliability
- Enjoys helping other engineers succeed
