Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable Python applications.
- Use Claude Code and Devin for requirements analysis, code development, test generation, and technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain internal automation platforms, AI agents, developer productivity tools, and business applications.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and system integration services.
- Participate in front-end development and optimize user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business teams to deliver software solutions.
- Analyze system issues, perform performance tuning, and drive continuous improvements.
- Promote AI adoption across software development, testing, and operations.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design through testing, validation, and production deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Understanding of RESTful API design, system integration, and database development.
- Proficiency in at least one front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Familiarity with Linux, Git, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
- Familiarity with Platform Engineering and AI-assisted software development workflows.
- Strong communication skills and good command of English.
- Preferred qualifications include experience developing AI agents or LLM-based applications; integrating with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic APIs; using MCP, RAG, or vector databases; and working in financial services or large-scale enterprise systems.
