Responsibilities
- Support AI-enabled initiatives through data preparation, output review, and feedback tracking.
- Perform engineering analysis of service performance, equipment issues, and lifecycle opportunities.
- Develop and test digital tools, dashboards, analytics, and automated workflows.
- Analyze recurring issues and improve service processes through structured problem solving.
- Collaborate with Product & Technology, engineering, operations, Service Centers, and field teams.
- Support technical documentation, knowledge capture, standards, and Product & Technology feedback.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled when the internship begins and pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree from an accredited university or college.
- Preferred majors include Engineering, Computer Science, Computational Engineering, or Data Science.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrate interest in engineering analysis, industrial services, digital tools, data analytics, automation, AI, or continuous improvement.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, collaboration, independence, work ethic, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.
