Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Terraform modules for provisioning AI infrastructure on the SpectrumGPT EKS cluster.
- Build and extend GitLab CI pipeline components for building, testing, and deploying AI agent services.
- Develop Python-based internal tooling for configuring, managing, and monitoring deployed AI systems.
- Integrate platform components with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, the AI Gateway, and the MCP Registry.
- Participate in code reviews, write automated tests, and document platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, support onboarding teams with infrastructure questions, and contribute to runbooks and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a current program GPA of at least 3.0.
- Must be able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
- Preferred qualifications include programming, shell scripting, containerization, Git, CI/CD, and cloud fundamentals.
