Responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders and healthcare leaders to identify high-value problems and define buildable AI opportunities.
- Create scoping documents, ROI estimates, and success criteria before development begins.
- Design and build rapid AI prototypes and full-stack applications using Claude, LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, API integrations, and front-end interfaces.
- Own technical architecture from prompt design through data pipeline and user interface, and iterate based on real user feedback.
- Partner with AI Governance to harden prototypes into production-grade, enterprise-ready systems.
- Apply responsible AI practices including bias review, explainability, HIPAA compliance, audit logging, and model monitoring.
- Document solutions for handoff and contribute reusable patterns to Brillio's AI accelerator library.
- Participate in client meetings, sprint reviews, steering committees, executive updates, live demos, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Develop domain expertise, identify healthcare problem hypotheses, and serve as a trusted advisor on practical AI adoption.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business leaders and build stakeholder trust.
