Responsibilities
- Design and implement software across requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and mentor team members on software engineering best practices.
- Diagnose operational issues, implement permanent fixes, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with customers and Legal, Privacy, Security, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and generative artificial intelligence capabilities to improve productivity and software quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Preferred experience contributing to architecture and design of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
