Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Angular and Spring Boot.
- Lead frontend development activities and establish Angular architecture, performance, and maintainability best practices.
- Implement WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and accessibility-first development practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build accessible and responsive user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full application stack.
- Work with QA teams to meet functional, accessibility, and performance requirements.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automated deployments and testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, preferably Angular 14 or later.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Demonstrable experience implementing WCAG 2.1 AA standards and using accessibility testing tools.
- Experience with screen readers and keyboard navigation requirements.
- Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with Angular Material is preferred.
- Experience with accessibility auditing tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, or WAVE is preferred.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions is preferred.
- Knowledge of OWASP security principles and consulting or professional services delivery experience is preferred.
