Responsibilities
- Lead the design, construction, configuration, and implementation of scalable software applications.
- Develop and enhance Java full-stack components across systems and applications.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and project stakeholders to support seamless integration and delivery.
- Provide technical solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Lead development and implementation of best practices that improve productivity and software quality.
- Debug applications, tune performance, and help ensure application security.
- Mentor and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and professional guidance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development, RESTful services, and database integration.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, influencing, advisory, and decision-making skills.
- Deep subject-matter expertise with the ability to lead teams and advise stakeholders.
