Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Interpret business requirements and contribute to business analysis, solutioning, architecture, and product design.
- Write clean, efficient code following software engineering best practices with attention to scalability, performance, and security.
- Automate complex business workflows and eliminate repetitive manual processes.
- Analyze and resolve technical and business challenges while communicating solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and features and propose innovations that improve products and processes.
- Collaborate with ION product teams, clients, and subject-matter experts across the full software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to apply modern software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an Agile team and contribute throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Interest in distributed architectures, financial technology, automation, and emerging software engineering trends.
