Base Salary
$120k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions for Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives.
- Write clean, maintainable code according to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce platform.
- Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs is a strong plus but not required.
- Production-quality programming experience in object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating systems through web services.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
- Experience with version control systems and modern development tools and practices.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
