Responsibilities
- Translate user and business requirements into technical specifications and AI solutions.
- Write, analyze, test, implement, document, maintain, and troubleshoot software programs and system components.
- Apply algorithms, data structures, programming languages, and software platforms to develop technology applications and services.
- Support system design, applications integration, security requirements, logging, error handling, performance standards, and non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate new technologies and assess their upstream, downstream, process, data, and risk impacts.
- Follow software development lifecycle, release management, and version control processes.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an academic program with plans to return to studies after the placement is required.
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience is required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python development, generative AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, GitHub and source control, SQL/Pandas data analysis, programming, troubleshooting, and system integration is sought.
- Foundational proficiency in quality assurance and testing, cloud computing, technology requirements analysis, and software development lifecycle practices is sought.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability, learning agility, and data-driven decision-making are required.
- Beneficial qualifications include RAG solutions, agentic workflows, Azure OpenAI or AWS AI Services, MLOps concepts, Copilot Studio, and AI evaluation frameworks.
