Responsibilities
- Design and build systems for real-time AI-powered customer interactions.
- Develop features that integrate LLMs, data systems, and user-facing applications.
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and ML teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Create systems for evaluating, monitoring, and improving AI behavior.
- Optimize systems for low latency, high throughput, and reliability.
- Take ownership of problems from identification to solution delivery.
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Interest in building user-facing products, backend systems, or real-time applications.
- Familiarity with modern web development, APIs, or system design fundamentals.
- Understanding of building reliable and maintainable systems.
- Curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, or production AI systems.
- Experience using AI-powered developer tools to enhance development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
