Responsibilities
- Lead a small, multidisciplinary software engineering team.
- Work with clients to solve complex software problems and evolve their development practices.
- Advise stakeholders on technology and software delivery decisions.
- Build trusted client relationships and coach colleagues in their career development.
- Contribute to company-wide collaboration, knowledge sharing, and shaping future projects.
- Help clients adopt agentic AI development tools, workflows, foundations, and guardrails.
Requirements
- Strong technical leadership experience and an understanding of how to support successful teams and colleagues’ career development.
- Experience with at least one of Java, C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and its associated ecosystem.
- Ability to design and build well-structured, maintainable systems.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues.
- Awareness of the evolving AI tooling landscape and enthusiasm for applying it effectively.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills and adaptability in learning, experimenting, and growing expertise.
