Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Guide clients through API, SSO, integration, and implementation projects.
  • Support technical scoping, solution design, and implementation activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops.
  • Develop solution documentation, workflows, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, solution delivery, and global technology teams.
  • Serve as the key technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Help customers maximize the value of Coface products, data, and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in solution consulting, technical delivery, system integration, solution architecture, or a similar role.
  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, and authentication technologies such as SSO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management or implementation experience.
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of data services, SaaS solutions, or B2B technology platforms.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese for working with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
