Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop automations using ServiceNow, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Outsystems, or similar platforms.
- Integrate AI capabilities such as computer vision and natural language processing where relevant.
- Contribute across the full project lifecycle from discovery through deployment.
- Lead workstreams and support project management activities.
- Conduct testing, user training, and rollout support.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions to provide long-term client value.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in a consulting or technology environment.
- Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Logical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading a small project or workstream is advantageous.
