Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year technical strategy for the GTM Experiences LOB.
- Lead architectural direction for critical platform capabilities supporting customer and agent experiences.
- Evaluate and de-risk major technical investments like platform migrations and vendor integrations.
- Ensure systems across onboarding, support, and growth operate as a cohesive platform.
- Partner with product, design, and leadership to translate strategic goals into scalable solutions.
- Establish architectural principles and engineering standards for long-term platform scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers.
- Influence technical direction across multiple teams and functions.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows and foster innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Demonstrated experience defining technical strategy for complex platforms.
- Strong systems thinking and platform design experience.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact architectural decisions.
- Experience influencing technical direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas.
- A track record of mentoring senior engineers.
- Experience with customer experience platforms or complex operational software is preferred.
