Responsibilities

Own architecture and hands-on development for ecommerce order management and warehouse management systems.
Drive testing, deployment, production support, performance optimization, observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Use and share AI toolsets to improve engineering throughput, quality, and reliability.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, user-focused features.
Influence architectural direction, simplify legacy components, reduce technical debt, and improve maintainability.
Break large projects into delivery milestones and communicate status, roadblocks, and dependencies.
Create technical requirements documents, diagrams, technical instructions, and onboarding materials.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of professional software development experience with a strong ecommerce background.
Hands-on experience using AI toolsets for productivity and development acceleration.
Expertise with Java and Spring Boot.
Familiarity with order management and warehouse management systems.
Deep expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, design patterns, pub/sub, and event-driven architecture.
Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, Python, or C#.
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-first architecture using AWS or GCP.
Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
