Sr. Full-Stack Developer, AI Design-to-Dev

- Transform concepts into interactive prototypes using v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable, and similar AI design tools.
- Build full-stack applications from prototype through production, emphasizing frontend quality and backend foundations.
- Align components with design systems, design tokens, brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, performance standards, and responsive design.
- Develop production-ready UI components with React.js, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using platforms such as Supabase.
- Manage application data using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement authentication and caching strategies and optimize performance across the stack.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads throughout the development lifecycle.
- Use GitHub Spec-kit and/or Open Spec to maintain development specifications and workflow standards.
- Use Figma and design-system tooling to maintain component libraries and improve design-development handoff.
- Document design decisions and technical implementation in Jira.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience with strong frontend expertise in React.js, Vue.js, or Nuxt.js.
- Proven experience with PHP and Python, with NodeJS and Express experience desired.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable, or similar platforms.
- Experience with specification-driven development tools such as GitHub Spec-kit and Open Spec.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as N8N.
- Track record of delivering production-grade full-stack applications.
- Understanding of API design, including REST and GraphQL, server-side logic, and database management.
- Experience with Supabase and SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency with OAuth, JWT, authentication mechanisms, and security best practices.
- Understanding of caching strategies, performance optimization, and scalability patterns.
- Deep understanding of design systems, design tokens, and component-driven development.
- Expert-level Figma proficiency, including design-system management and component libraries.
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS and modern styling approaches.
- Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript or ES6+ features.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and deployment workflows.
- Portfolio showcasing full-stack applications, design systems, and AI design tools.
- Strong collaboration, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
