Base Salary
$171k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core platform systems for AI Teammates, including agentic execution, model evaluation and rollouts, blocked-work detection, execution-quality infrastructure, tool orchestration, and platform APIs.
- Work with asynchronous jobs and implement efficient algorithms for traversing the Asana Work Graph.
- Work with core infrastructure involving data representation, storage, and deletion.
- Partner with legal to implement data ownership rules through simple and effective technical solutions.
- Drive large, impactful projects through delivery and rollout to large organizations.
- Support other teams and stakeholders working in the team’s space.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working within large, well-maintained codebases.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners such as product managers and designers.
- Sound judgment in balancing delivery speed, code quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Passion for exceptional user experiences and attention to detail.
