Base Salary
$215k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure that enhances product team efficiency.
- Maintain capacity, reliability, and cost standards as the company scales.
- Make foundational technical decisions regarding data access and cost attribution.
- Mentor team members through code and design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience in distributed systems, databases, or developer infrastructure.
- Production experience scaling systems through significant growth.
- Strong opinions about good developer experience in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to handle incidents and support the team effectively.
- Willingness to work in-office 3+ days per week in San Francisco.
