Responsibilities
- Participate in the end-to-end IBM BPM/BAW implementation lifecycle, including assessment, design, build, deployment, and evolution.
- Develop IBM BPM/BAW and J2EE solutions using business knowledge and technical expertise.
- Design robust technical architectures based on user and technical requirements.
- Create project documentation including naming standards, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Deliver client training and knowledge transfer.
- Identify business areas where IBM Business Process Manager and related technologies can drive results.
- Apply development methodologies, standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience with IBM BPM/BAW, J2EE, IBM DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server, with emphasis on server-side development.
- Extensive knowledge of IBM BPM/BAW and the related J2EE technology stack.
- Knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, batch processing, and ACID concepts.
- Knowledge of API framework design techniques using Spring Boot microservices.
- Knowledge of integration management and implementation across modules.
- Knowledge of test planning and implementation using suitable tools.
- Knowledge of implementation documentation practices and project management techniques.
- Database design skills, including normalization.
- Strong T-SQL development skills.
