Responsibilities
- Stand up, configure, implement, customize, and support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management capabilities.
- Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, scheduled reports, business process flows, and ServiceNow applications.
- Design and configure ServiceNow integrations with Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, and other applications and platforms.
- Coordinate application and platform upgrades, troubleshoot issues, automate tasks, and support data migration.
- Support business process re-engineering for ticketing and order management and integrate multiple data sources into a unified CMDB.
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Apply coding, configuration management, documentation, development, testing, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Analyze customer data trends and patterns to improve customer experience and network performance.
- Develop and present status updates and management-level briefings while keeping project work on track.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.
- An active certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher, such as Security+, is required.
- A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and experience with 4–8 years of professional experience is required, or 2–6 years with a related master’s degree; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
- At least three years of experience designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure and at least two years of ServiceNow development are required.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades is required.
- Applicants must be able to commute full time on site to Scott AFB, Fort Meade, or Ogden/Hill AFB.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification, ServiceNow telecommunications and order-management module experience, and ITIL knowledge or certification.
- Preferred experience includes JIRA, Git, Confluence, AWS, SAFe, Kanban, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD implementation, test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration and deployment, legacy-to-new application migrations, and large software systems with hardware integration and testing.
- Strong customer service, communication, prioritization, independent-work, presentation, adaptability, and collaboration skills are expected.
