Responsibilities
- Design and industrialize robust, secure, performant, scalable, and traceable AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and DGSI teams on data-processing architectures and automated pipelines.
- Integrate, develop, optimize, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and deep learning models in production.
- Develop, orchestrate, and expose generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic systems.
- Build and automate training and testing datasets.
- Define and apply model lifecycle, maintenance, governance, documentation, explainability, and retraining practices.
- Standardize development, integration, testing, versioning, and deployment processes for AI models and services.
- Deploy AI models and services in cloud or on-premises environments and expose results through APIs or services.
- Document solutions, support users, conduct technology watch, and promote data culture within the Banque de France.
Requirements
- Bac+5 in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, applied mathematics, or an equivalent field.
- Excellent software development skills, particularly in Python.
- Knowledge of software testing tools, continuous integration, CI/CD, and test-driven development.
- Good understanding of agentic architectures and AI systems.
- Strong command of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and quantitative methods.
- Knowledge of project management methods.
- Professional English proficiency, written and spoken.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and pedagogical abilities.
