Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack applications aligned with business needs.
- Write maintainable front-end and back-end code and contribute directly to core project deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, operations, security, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to coding, testing, debugging, deployment, code reviews, troubleshooting, and architectural decisions.
- Improve software delivery through automation, modern engineering practices, intelligent tooling, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through pairing, code review, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, performance, and reliability standards.
- Help manage project timelines and deliverables while remaining hands-on in execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in full-stack software development.
- Solid experience with .NET/C# and SQL Server for enterprise applications and data access layers.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software development lifecycle processes.
- Ability to contribute directly to code, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready software in a fast-paced environment.
- AI agentic process engineering and skills, or strong interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and execution skills.
- Finance domain experience is preferred.
