Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and configure custom software solutions for business processes and application needs.
- Develop and customize Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud solutions.
- Integrate applications with business systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize cloud-based communication solutions.
- Experience integrating applications with business systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
