Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture, including solution design, implementation planning, delivery quality, governance, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead business and technical requirements gathering with clients, functional architects, technical architects, and project teams.
- Provide architectural guidance for robust, scalable ERP and CRM implementations aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in presales solution demos and evaluations for prospective and current clients.
- Design and plan solution delivery while supporting solution fit, cost, staffing, quality, and deal-commercial decisions.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and professional-skilling communities.
- Stay current with Microsoft innovations and pursue applicable Microsoft and Avanade SISA certifications.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of demonstrable Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM consulting experience, or experience with the previous AX version.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of professional services industries, especially project management and accounting and stocked and non-stocked operations.
- Experience delivering business applications for professional services clients.
- Strong client relationship-building skills and the ability to understand strategic needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams and coaching colleagues.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
- Professional services business experience outside consulting and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are preferred.
