Responsibilities
- Develop and support quality engineering solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scenarios, applications, frameworks, and tools.
- Automate UI and API tests, analyze results, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify, triage, track, and verify software defects.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites.
- Participate in code reviews for product, test, and infrastructure code.
- Collaborate with local and remote development and testing teams to support timely deliveries.
- Communicate project status and risks and understand deployment, migration, security, and performance considerations in continuous delivery.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Experience with Python programming and strong programming fundamentals.
- Sound knowledge of Playwright for UI test automation.
- Knowledge of UI and API automation, including REST API testing.
- Knowledge of Robot Framework and Postman for API testing.
- Experience working with Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and software testing techniques.
- Understanding of object-oriented principles, debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work with different technologies and programming environments.
- Preferred expertise in Playwright test automation and REST API automation.
