Eudia builds Enterprise Intelligence. Most legal AI makes lawyers more efficient. Eudia makes the enterprise self-sufficient. Most AI generates answers. It does not understand how your organization actually makes decisions, including your risk tolerance, negotiation standards, or institutional precedent. Eudia creates Digital Twins, encoding how your best experts think into a governed Enterprise Brain embedded directly into the systems where work happens, including Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and iManage. Within the Enterprise Brain, specialized decision engines called MINDs handle real business problems such as contracts, compliance, procurement, and policy. They deliver expert-grade decisions at scale. The result: • Faster contracting and decision-making • Reduced reliance on external counsel • Self-service across the business • Institutional knowledge that compounds instead of walking out the door Sales teams self-serve on contracts. Marketing validates claims in real time. Procurement interprets policy instantly. The business gets governed answers at speed. Legal reclaims time for work that truly requires human judgment.
