Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive software test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated tests covering functionality, performance, security, and regression impacts.
- Identify, document, track, reproduce, and help resolve software defects.
- Evaluate test specifications, determine testing strategies, and integrate customer requirements into system-level test solutions.
- Improve testing processes and tools while contributing to project planning and risk assessment.
- Provide testing leadership and subject-matter expertise, mentor junior team members, and participate in client interactions and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing, Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, security testing, and JIRA/MS TFS.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent, JAWS, ZAP, Roo Code, DevOps tools, web/mobile/cloud testing, scripting for test automation, and performance testing experience are desired.
