Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Build high-performance networking devices and virtualize networking for virtual machines.
- Develop next-generation SmartNIC data paths, RDMA offloading, and QoS capabilities.
- Optimize low-level hardware and system performance for varied cloud customer workloads.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with virtual machines.
- Preferred: master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
Benefits
- US base salary of $207000-$300000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
